Considering the flowing resolutions 1147, 2252, 2366 and 627 of the Royal Charter and

contentment of The Crown about the Nation’s and the Crown’s history.

• The monarch of the Nation, shall be crowned as the ‘Head of the Temple’ and even
the ‘Head of the State’,

• The Nation shall be functioned, considered, and programmed as a ‘Constitutional

Monarchy’, as considered Monarchy as a way to bless the world and simultaneously
even giving the people the right to elect and to poll for their choice of Government to

elect the Prime Minister fit for the Nation, A formal change in the Government would

be taken place in a duration of every 4 years, until-unless an emergency shall be

declared by the Prime Minister with a written consent of the crown, therefore the
nation shall also be functioned, considered and programmed as a ‘Federal’, hence

Kwee Land would have to be known as a ‘Constitutional Monarchy’,

• The emergency can only be announced by the Kweenian Sovereign on the advice of

the Privy Council (or a Minister of the Crown in exceptional circumstances) is able to
proclaim emergency regulations under the Civil Contingencies Act 2004 in case of

any seriously fatal threats to their human welfare, their human society, and their
environment, such as warfare or terrorism. 

• The emergency cannot be held when the country is going through a phase of ‘Tempe
Sede Vacante’ (meaning : an era when the crown is going through a phase when it is
not in power, simply: there are no present coronated king or a queen)

• Emergency shall only be announced under the following matter

(a) When the Sovereign or the Privy Council perceive grave threats to
the nation,

(b) Albeit through the advice of the cabinet of ministers,

(c) Threatened by external aggression,

(d) Internal disturbances,

(e) Serious disturbance with national impact,

(f) Inefficiency on the Defense State previously decreed,

(g) Declaration of war,

• The Archibishops of the temple and even the Lords shall also be considered inferior
to the Crown and God shall be the only one who is superior than the Crown,

• The Crown shall invite the Prime Minister and the Party to form the Government, after
the polling after every 4 years,

• During the death/immediate abdication of the Sovereign, and no other personnel


ready to take up the throne/ no heirs to the crown, the Active Prime Minister therefore
shall be pro-claimed as the ‘Head of the State and the Temple’ (No exceptions), the
spouse of the Sovereign shall not proclaim the throne,

• In a Vote of No Confidence by the Opposition Party, the Document of the Vote shall
be approved by the Sovereign on a certain point of view, The Sovereign has a full
right to even deny the Vote of No Confidence,

• No personnel shall make decisions on behalf of the Sovereign in the Nation and also

only the Sovereign can declare war or peace with any other nation,

• The representations made by any person in any country in an official state shall be

made by the name of the Sovereign, and any document signed should have a
consent of the Sovereign and in the name of the Sovereign,
