I, ____, as the co-maker of the above-quoted loan, have fully

understood the contents of this Loan Agreement. I hereby

assumes and agrees to be liable for all of the duties, obligation
and performance of the Maker under the Loan Agreement. That
as Co- maker, I am fully aware that I shall be jointly and severally
liable with the above principal maker of this Loan Agreement.
