CASUAL EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT

This employment agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into and executed on July 05, 2021 at Davao
City, Philippines, by and between the following:

XYZ Graphics, a Sole Proprietorship duly organized and existing under the laws of the Republic of the
Philippines, with principal place of business at 112, Laser St., Davao Executive Homes, Matina, Davao
City, as represented herein by Owner, Ms. Ellen P. Carillo, hereinafter referred to as “Employer”;
- and -
Ms. Theresa C. Romero, Filipino Citizen, of legal age, with address at Purok 16, Fronting Bonifacio
Elementary School, Talomo Proper, Davao City, Philippines, hereinafter referred to as “Employee”;

WITNESSETH

WHEREAS, the Employer is engaged in the business of Website Development and Design and is in
need of Graphic Artist primarily for the purpose of Website Designing, in connection with this specific
project/undertaking: Website Development and Design for ABC Mall to be completed after all
deliverables have been made and/or otherwise pre-terminated by the client;
WHEREAS, the Employee guarantees and expressly acknowledges and consents to this casual
employment arrangement;
WHEREAS, due to the above representations, the Employer offers the Employee the above-mentioned
position as a project-based employee;
NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises, the parties hereby agree as
follows:
1. Employment Period – The employment commences on July 05, 2021 until project completion
and/or otherwise pre-terminated by the client. The working hours and days shall be from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00
p.m. Monday to Saturday, respectively.
2. Compensation – The Employee shall be paid a gross monthly compensation of P 49,450.00. After
deductions, the net income shall be payable on the 15th and 30th of the month, as well as monetary
benefits and leaves.
3. Duties and Responsibilities – The Employee hereby consents to be assigned primarily the
following duties and responsibilities: Web Development and Design for ABC Mall.
4. Taxes, Statutory Contributions, and Authority to Deduct – The Employee hereby agrees to be
deducted and as authorized by law the following: Withholding tax, SSS, Philhealth, Pag-IBIG.
5. Entirety of Agreement – The parties hereby agree that this Agreement and those which are
incorporated herein by reference constitute the entire employment contract and supersedes all prior
arrangements, whether verbal or written. The parties expressly agree that this project- employment
contract is separate, independent, and not connected to any other arrangement for previous projects, to
which the Employee hereby declares that all monetary claims have been paid.
6. Application of Law: This agreement and its interpretation shall be governed by the laws of the
Republic of the Philippines.

This agreement is effective upon the signing of this contract and the submission of the documentary
requirements of the EMPLOYEE to the EMPLOYER

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereunto have affixed their signatures this __5th____ day
