    To whom it may concern:

    This is to certify that RENSIE VIQUE F. FALCULAN, Teacher III of this school, is cleared of
    all money and property responsibilities subject however, to the provisions of GAC General Circular
    No. 52, date December 25, 1957 quoted hereunder.

    “If later on an official/employee who has been cleared is discovered still


    accountable, the clearance previously issued will not relieve him/her of said
    accountability.”

    Issued upon request of the person concerned this 21 st day of May, 2018 for purposes it may
    legally serve.
