Comments: Areas of Strength

Ms.Joly has begun to work toward creating differentiated lesson plans and lesson implementation, with appropriate classroom
management techniques. She has begun to implement suggestions made from the Associate Teacher into her teaching practice, with
effective results. Additionally, Ms. Joly has started to plan appropriately for students requiring modifications and accommodations,
referring to the IEPs, as directed by the Associate Teacher.

Comments: Next Steps

Ms. Joly is encouraged to continue to practice using three-part lessons appropriately, ensuring instructional time is monitored to reflect
the age and attention capabilities of students. Additionally, Ms.Joly is encouraged to continue to refer to student IEP when planning, to
ensure all students are learning at their levels, and are able to achieve success in their daily learning. Lastly, Ms.Joly is encouraged to
continue to practice effective strategies for monitoring comprehension, such as circulating the class during individual or small-group
tasks.
