safeguard our staff and the continuity of our business operations, including those
recommended by the various authorities in each of thejurisdictions in which we are
active, globally, as well as a number of additional measures.

These are all aimed at equipping our staff withthe most up to-date information, tools and
work practices that will keep them and our customers safe, whilst continuing to provide our
services with no interruption - all in line with our motto that Safety. like water, is essential
for life'

For the large number of Osmoflo's existing Remote Monitoring and Control customers that
are connected to, and serviced by, our 24/7 Control Centre and via Plant Connect "! please
rest assured that this service will continue as usual - as it has on an uninterrupted basis for
almost two decades. And, as always, our local servi ce pers onnel remain available at all
times
and are only ever a phone call away.

All the measures undertaken so far, whilst primarily focused on the safety of our staff and
our clients, also ensure that all Osmoflo resources in sales, project delivery. plant operations,
services and parts'consumables remain available to meet all your water treatment and
plant servicing requirements.
