    NOTICE

    In accordance with the decision as per Memo No.1368-Edn(CS) dated 03.09.2019, the
    Guest Lecturers of different Government and Government-aided Colleges were advised to
    submit the documents, viz. Bank statements etc. through the College Authority in on-line mode.
    While the Department is verifying those documents, a Committee has been formed to
    coordinate / verify the said documents, as submitted, vide Notification No. 190-Edn(CS) dated
    11.02.2020.
    Now, in continuation of this Office Memo No. 190-Edn(CS) dated 11.02.2020, it has
    been decided that applicants whose documents are found to be in order, would be intimated
    personally for bringing all the testimonials before the said Committee as formed. Rest
    applications also are being processed and if found in order, they would also be informed
    personally.
