Dear family,
As our Big Day is around the corner, we would like to bring you closer to the
event that make this event is YOURS. Ofcourse, it will be much enjoyable when
ammai, mama, cherima, chericha, veliyamma, veliccha, cousins, in laws, kitties
and chutties is around.
As you see below is tentative plan of flow of the events. We need you guys to
make the flow is smooth. You can choose in what department you want to help
us with. Your cooperation and help in any matter is highly appreciated from
Bama Daven and Suppashiny family.
We are truly thankful to have Ponnukutty and 13 STAR family with us.

27. 01. 2020 (Monday – BIG DAY)

(Ensure all items is ready for wedding use such as thambulam, panner set, and
etc and make sure the flow of wedding agenda on time. Better early than late –
Sun is rising)
(Organise the flow of groom and bride entrance)

Entrance Usherer : Neshalini, Abilashini

(welcome relatives and friends with bright smile and provide tilak and panner)

Food usherer :
(Ensure KPR Caterer -010 -231 1482) is ready by 10am.
(We will start lunch food at 11am. Ensure the flow of food department running on
track and get feedback on satisfaction of food and food disposal is in neat
condition.)

Music/ Song Controller and runner : Jeeva, Naren

(Ensure the flow of song in order after marriage “thali tying’ – Keep volume in
moderate as in temlple)
(Ensure be a runner with SHOORA Arts/Suvin with their play list)

07.30am – Brides car move for pick up, PIC : Kumaran
08.30am – Grooms car move to temple, PIC :
09.15am – reach temple
09.20am – Temple preparation – Ensure all items set up on stage, liason with
gurukal, Flow of groom and bride walk is planned.
10.10am – Ceremony starts :
a) Groom entrance with Chanda Melam and Sabai Vanakkam of groom with
family and light holders.
b) Once Groom on stage next Chanda Melam and light holders will be out to
prep for next round of groom. Stage/ hall is small for 200 seaters any front
crowd should be avoided for next performance.
c) SHOORA ARTS performance 1 of ushering. Matrimonial ceremony for
groom will begin.
d) Bride entrance with Chanda Melam and Sabai Vanakkam of bride with
family and light holders.
e) Chanda melam will stay on stage corner with opposite of Nadaswaram.
f) SHOORA ARTS performance 2 of ushering.
g) SHOORA ARTS will go to change costume. Matrimonial ceremony for
brides will begin.
h) SHOORA ARTS final performance.
i) First Kogilan and Vilashini marriage will be done. Then Candru and
Shobana.
j) Photography session for friends first encouraged then family to avoid
confusion of family going to both couple as another line waiting.
k) All family members kindly help each other to carry out the flow is running
smoothly.
