PREPARATION
12:00 pm - 12:45 pm - Bride Prep
● Keep the room tidy - keep bags together and preferably outside of the room when possible
● Bride, MOB, & MOH need to have hair & makeup done first
● Please have dress, shoes, jewelry, engagement ring + both wedding bands, stationary, and any
other wedding details that you would like documented all together in one box/bag.
● Have a nice hanger or simple (non-plastic hanger) for dress shots, make sure tags/stickers are
removed from shoes and shoes are clean
● Posed makeup shots (have lipstick, mascara, blush brush for posed shots if desired)
● Letter/Gift - please have the letter/gift from Selby with your details***

12:45 pm - 1:15 pm - Into the Dress

● Whoever helps Theresa into the dress should already be dressed and ready
● If wearing a veil, please have bobby pins to secure it
● Shots of putting on shoes + jewelry (Mom or MoH to help)
● Letter/Gift
- 15 minute travel time to groom -

1:30 pm - 2:10 pm - Groom Prep

● Whoever helps Selby with tie/cufflinks/etc should already be dressed and ready for photos
● Keep room tidy - keep bags together and avoid clutter such as cups, trash, etc
● Letter/Gift **please have letter/gift from Theresa with you, or we can bring it with us
- 10 minute travel time to Missouri Botanical Garden -

CREATIVE PORTRAITS
2:30 pm - 2:45 pm - First Look
● Groom is in place and ready for the first look at MoBot Boxwood garden

2:45:00 pm - 3:20 pm - Bride + Groom Portraits

● Remaining time to focus on Theresa and Selby
● Boxwood Garden (first look location), Gladney Rose Garden + Chihuly gate, Japanese Garde

3:30 pm - 3:45 pm - Wedding Rehearsal

● Wedding flowers to arrive at 4 pm
● Bridal Room opens at 4:15

4:00 pm - 4:30 pm - Wedding Party Portraits

● Group wedding party pictures - entire wedding party, grooms party, brides party
● Individuals with both sides
4:45 pm - 5:30 pm - Family Formal Portraits

● Bonus Recessional Kiss at the end of the aisle
○ We will gesture for the kiss
○ Try to keep flowers around waist level or lower
