Start PC
Launch eBUSPlayer64.exe (located in the Hamamtsu
Program Group).
Click Select/Connect Button

On the "Device Selection" window,
select the "NTx-Mini PT01 -" item
displayed with the no entry symbol.
After making the selection, select the
"Show unreachable Network Devices"
check box, and click the "Set IP

1. Computer Setup
The Device Control window will be
displayed. For the Visibility item,
select "Beginner". Next, configure
the items under the
"TransportLayerControl" menu as
shown in the following screenshot.
After you configure these settings,
click the "×" button at the top right
to close the window.

Click the "Detect" button of the 2D
exposure field adjustment tool
window, and then detect the
collimator values by the procedure
as follows. (* It detects the rough
position of the exposure field.)

Click the "Initial position" button of
the displayed "Detection" window,
and the collimator exposure port will
move to the initial position.

Perform X-ray exposure. During the
exposure, the X-ray exposure shutters of
the collimator moves to the left toward the
window. Release the exposure switch at
the time when the edge of the exposure
field has started to appear in the
Mechanical Alignment window.
(*) In case of selecting the Aluminum
block calibration, the X-ray exposure port
moves to the right toward the window.

Perform X-ray exposure. During the
exposure, the X-ray exposure port of the
collimator moves to upward. Release
the exposure switch at the time when
the edge of the exposure field has
started to appear in the Mechanical
Alignment window.

Click the "Take an exposure" button on the Exposure field
adjustment (2D) tool window to set the equipment to the
capture standby state, and then press the hand switch to
emit X-rays.

Change each of the collimator correction values (top, bottom, left, and right) so that the white
area fits in the defined area, write the values to the scanner, and then Click “Take an
exposure” and initiate the scan with the Exposure Switch and check the exposure field.

To expand the exposure field:
• Top: Enter a value larger than the current
correction value (+ direction).
• Bottom: Enter a value smaller than the
current correction value (- direction).
• Right: Enter a value smaller than the current
correction value (- direction).
• Left: Enter a value larger than the current
correction value (+ direction).

In the Exposure Field Adjustment Tool Select Bitewing panoramic exposure field click the
"OK" button.

Launch the "Sensor calibration settings" tool.
Click the "Display sensor calibration image" button to launch AJAT Dental Imaging Software
and display the calibration window.

In AJAT Dental Imaging Software, select Tools > Maintenance > Calibration to open the
calibration window, and then click the "Calibrate" button.

Click the "Take an exposure" button, confirm that the window display has changed to "Please
take an exposure.", and then press the X-ray exposure switch to emit X-rays. X-ray exposure
is repeated a total of four times.
After the 4 exposures confirm that the signal light displayed to the left of the window has
changed to green

adjustment (3D) tool from X-ERA

Click the "Detect" button
of the 3D exposure field
adjustment tool window,
and then detect the
collimator values by the
procedure as follows

Click the close (×) button of the "Detection" window to return to the
exposure field adjustment window.
The dialog window as below is displayed. Click the "OK" button, and
the correction values of the collimator that were gotten at the
procedure 1) to 2) will be displayed on the exposure field adjustment
window.

Click the "Take an exposure" button, confirm that the window
display has changed from "Taking an exposure" to "Please take an
exposure.", and then press the hand switch to emit X-rays..
Use the Exposure field adjustment (3D) tool and roughly adjust the
exposure field. Check the captured image displayed in the center of
the tool window. The portions of the image hit by X-rays
are displayed in white, and the portions of the image not hit by X-rays
are displayed in black.

Check the four corners of the exposure field and the pixel
value by the exposure field adjustment window

[How to adjust the exposure field]
If the pass criterion is not satisfied or one or more part of the four
corners are displayed in black, adjust the exposure field. The
adjustment method is to change the collimator correction values with
the Exposure field adjustment (3D) tool to expand or shrink the
left/right/top/bottom edges with the arrows on the adjustment tool.

Repeat field alignment for the “C10900D Partial Medium FOV 110
offset scan” field and the ”C10900D CT scan partial” field
After the corner adjustments are Green for all three FOV
close the Exposure field adjustment window.
If the results are within tolerance then click the "Copy the result" button to apply
the center imaging calibration results to the equipment.

Attach the second slit to the cephalometric unit.
Push on the side that has already been fastened
with set screws, and fasten it with 4 hexagon nuts
from the rear (M3×L6).

Check the center position exposure field, and

After all adjustments have been finished, save the adjustment
results to the computer.
On the Equipment configuration settings tool, click the "Backup the current equipment value"
button to save the adjustment results from the equipment.

* The adjustment results are saved in C:\YCINC\XP81\MaintenanceTools\ComponentSetting.
The adjustment results are saved to a file named ComponentSettingXXXXXXXX.Xml in the
above folder. (XXXXXXXX is the date.)

2D Pan Phantom set offset to 0 mm. Set 70kV, 2.0 mA and 12.0
seconds.
3D QA Phantom.
Large FOV (low dose) use 70 kV, 2.0 mA, 12.0 s
Small FOV (HQ) use 70 kV, 2.0 mA, 12.0 s
Requirements:
Distance between steel balls 29.6 mm to 30.4 mm
Disk Thickness Axial < 1.0 mm
