Equipment shall be designed to provide clean, dry. Oil free air at optimum
power consumption and least noise level. Twin Lobe type Rotary Air Blower,
operating below 1500 RPM is recommended. There should be provision in the
design to increase or decrease air out put from the blower to the extent of 20
%.
