DESCRIPCION OF TRAINING

Description:

This course offers a combination of English-focused activities, communicative workshops, project-based tasks, and
field projects to places of historical and archaeological interest. It has been designed to help teachers with an A2-B1
level of English to develop their communicative competence in English enable them to interact in class and in
everyday situations. Ireland and Dublin will provide a motivating learning context. All this should allow participants to
increase their level of confidence in communication through English in order to participate in future courses and/or
partnerships in Europe.

Objectives:

-To help participants improve their language skills, especially oral fluency, and enable them to incorporate English
into classroom situations and daily life.
- To promote a European dimension in education to raise awareness and understanding of other cultures and
countries.

Methodology

A communicative approach to language learning enhanced by using real contexts, which in this case is the city of
Dublin, will help participants to develop their communicative skills in a very natural way. Participants will be invited to
open their senses to the sights, smells and sounds of their surroundings. Through group activities and field projects
participants are encouraged to interact with each other and develop their communication skills in English
