Tips to better sleep
1. Regular bedtime and rise time
2. Get natural light exposure throughout the day
3. Avoid caffeine, nicotine, alcohol
4. Have a Bedtime routine
5. Exercise*
6. Try not to watch TV or Eat in bed
7. Naps~no more than an hour a day
8. No more than 15 minutes trying to fall asleep
9. Keep a sleep log/journal
