Objectives:
Ø To Find out the Number of People who said Good or Bad.
Ø To Find the association between unit price and satisfaction.
Step:1
Perform Descriptive Statistics.

Syntax:
Analyze >> Descriptive Statistics >> Descriptives
Add “Unit Price” to the Variables list
Select “Options”
Select the following options: Mean, Sum, Standard Deviation, Variance and Range.
Click “Continue” and “OK”

Inference:
Therefore, it is found that the Mean Value is .5224, Std. Deviation is .50327, Variance is

Add “GoodBad” to the Variables list
Select “Statistics”
Select “Skewness” and “Kurtosis” >> Click “Continue”
Select “Charts”

Add “GoodBad” to the Variables list
Select “Statistics”
Select “Skewness” and “Kurtosis” >> Click “Continue”

Select “Pie Charts” and Select “Percentages”
Click “Continue”

Inference:
Therefore, it was found that 32 people said bad and 35 people said good out of the total 67
people.

Step: 4
Perform Chi-square Test
Syntax:
Analyze >> Descriptive Statistics >> Cross Tabs >> Statistics >> Chi-square.
Select “Unit Price” as Row
Select “Goodbad” as Column

H0: There is no association between product price and satisfaction.
H1: There is association between product price and satisfaction.

Inference:

Since .388>0.05, There is a statistically significant association between product price and
satisfaction. Therefore, Accept H0.

Conclusion:
Therefore, the Number of People who said Good or Bad and the association between unit
price and satisfaction was found using Descriptive Statistics, Frequency charts (Histogram
and Pie-charts) and Chi square test. It was found that 32 people said bad and 35 people said
good out of the total 67 people. It was also found that there is a statistically significant
association between product price and satisfaction.
