Experiment procedure
1. Get the middle switch at the left side to the input
voltage

2. Input volt from 0.5 to 10 volt and take the

reading of the pressure every 0.5 volt and get the
middle switch at right after every reading to know
the transduced voltage

3. At constant voltage, take the reading of the output

pressure and transduced voltage every 1 sec.

Discussion of Results:
1. Human errors during taking the results from
the pressure gauge
2. There is no glycerin in the pressure gauge to reduce
the vibration of the indicator
3. The transducer must be calibrated before use

16 | P a g
Conclusion:
1. When the input voltage increase , the transduced voltage
increase directly by which the efficiency of the feedback
R2= 0.9982
2. When the input voltage increase , the output
pressure increase directly by which the efficiency of
the system R2= 0.9979
3. At v= 2.5 volt the precision of the output pressure will be at
0.5 bar by which it reaches the stability at time = 7 sec , Its
equation y = -0.0115x2 + 0.1522x + 0.0046
4. At v= 5 volt the precision of the output pressure will be at
0.94 bar by which it reaches the stability at time = 9 sec,
Its equation: y = -0.0074x2 + 0.1756x - 0.036
5. At v= 7.5 volt the precision of the output pressure will be at
1.5 bar by which it reaches the stability at time = 30 sec,
Its equation: y = -0.0008x2 + 0.063x + 0.2492
6. At v= 10 volt the precision of the output pressure will be at
1.9 bar by which it reaches the stability at time = 47 sec,
Its equation: y = -0.0005x2 + 0.0588x + 0.1558
