 The training in PST is extensive and very well done, referring to how the new members of
the company acquire knowledge in trawlers, this allows each new employee to know how
to handle different cases inside the boats. These trainings are done inside and outside the
workplace, which ensures visible results in a wide variety of cases. In addition, PST is
concerned with its employees who do annual training for the safety and health of their
employees, to see how they are working for them and if there are skills in which they
should improve and prepare them.
