The earmold serves as substancial connection between the human ear
and the hearing device. Mostly underestimated it is a small high tech
gadget which helps to ensure the best possible hearing aid provision
due to greatest wearing comfort and perfect fit. Therefore it repre-

Creation of a Dreve earmold.
As a certified manufacturer of medical devices we strive for a constant
optimization of our processes according to our motto „Innovation aus
Tradition“ which means “Innovation based on tradition”. We strive
for offering innovative quality products with a personal and courte-
ous service to you. The implementation of CAD/CAM technologies for
earmold manufacturing involved a fundamental change of technology
for us which we successfully managed. Nowadays we mostly use latest
production technologies: Dreve earmolds are manufactured digitally
and automated for example by means of 3D printing or milling.
We are proud to be one of the leading laboratories of the industry

which has grown to an international earmold manufacturer with pro-

Hearing:
Earmolds for hearing aid systems.
The precise manufacturing and the selection of a suitable material is
significant for the acceptance of the hearing aid. In addition to the
acoustic requirements the selection of the correct material depends
on the condition of the ear tissue and the subjective feeling of the
customer. For maximum flexibility we offer three different materials
for the individual customization and fitting of earmolds: FotoTec®,
VarioTherm® and Biopor® AB.

Our biocompatible materials.
Hard, flexible or soft.
FotoTec®
Our premium material FotoTec® is a light curing resin especially for-
mulated for the production of high-quality hard earmolds. Due to
the automated production process we achieve a consistently high
quality level of the earmolds. FotoTec® earmolds are biocompatible,
they guarantee a high fitting accuracy and impress with their color
brilliance.
VarioTherm®
Due to the thermal effect the earmold is almost hard at room tem-
perature and gets soft and flexible at body temperature. The material
is tear resistant, tough and characterized by an eminent resilience.
VarioTherm® earmolds are manufactured automatically in a digital

process so that reproducibility is given.
Biopor® AB
Biopor® is our biocompatible and addition-vulcanising silicone for the
manufacturing of soft earmolds. It is characterized by tear resistance
as well as permanent elasticity and assures a high wearing comfort.

The development of the hearing aid market and the experiences from
the last years have shown that RIC hearing aid systems have been
successfully established. For these modern receiver systems we offer
innovative earmold solutions for all hearing-aid manufacturers. Our
earmolds meet highest quality standards regarding acoustic benefits
and cosmetic demands.
Recommend the use of RIC earmolds to your customers in order to

ensure the best possible hearing aid fitting and to suppress resonances,
distortions or acoustic feedbacks. Moreover, RIC earmolds allow an

Micro tubing hearing aid systems offer the advantage that almost all
ear canals can be supplied in a cosmetically appealing way. Customers
who receive their first hearing aid or with minor hearing losses show
very often a high level of acceptance for these kind of hearing systems.

Customized hearing protection
for music fans.
Certified as PPE we offer customized hearing protec-
tion for musicians and music fans. Our DLO® with DM
filters stand for a linear attenuation and provide a
tuned flat attenuation response through all frequen-
cies. The filters reduce the volume while they keep
the natural sound quality and furthermore achieve
a good speech intelligibility.

Customized swimming protection.
When swimming, showering or having a bath, water
could get easily into the auditory canal and might
lead to infections. Therefore it is important to pro-
tect sensitive ears. OtoSwim® is the reliable Dreve
water protection for ears made of Biopor® AB. Your
customers will definitively have more fun in the wet
zone. OtoSwim® can be ordered in two different
