MAKE A SELF-PORTRAIT OF

SORTS……… or an image that relates to the self in

some way….or other:

Using any medium, format or material of your choice – paint,

collage, print-making, sculpture, drawing, video or whole concept
dancing, or a combo of all of the above. It may be a literal self-
portrait or a euphemistic self-portrait. It may relate to your family,
feelings, favourite places something seemingly abstract. It could be
your inner, sub-conscious or unconscious expressing in itself through
gestural mark making. It may be more than one thing! Think diptych,
triptych and sequence. Think of it as a chance to experiment with
techniques you intend to explore in your major body or are
considering as an option. You are also welcome to complete it in one
day and move onto your own thesis.

It is due in a month from today but please be aware that there will
be other journal and written tasks to do in this time as well as

another practical project being set. So do not dally! Dive in

without fear!

On our canvas page will be all the images and files and ideas and
technical details that I have showed and discussed in relation to this
task on 1/3/2019.
