MIDDLE TEST

Objectives:

1. To handle the reservation promptly.

2. To have the definite reservation with complete data.

You are working as a reservation manager at Four Season Jimbaran, before we will have online
conversation for your middle test, you must identify what types of villa do they have in Four
Season Jimbaran, find out the rates and pick up arrangement from their website and the prepare
some questions based on reservation procedures below:

Procedures:

1. Great the caller or the guests

2. Ask the period of stay
3. Than, ask the number and the villa
4. Check the room status and back to the caller whether the reservation can be confirmed or not.
5. If we could confirm the reservation, inform the price
6. Should they accept our price, ask the name of the guests, Telephone/fax No. or e-mail address
7. Ask the number of the person
8. Ask the pick up arrangement
9. If they ask for the free transfers, ask the pick up point and the time i.e. bus station, airport,
hotel, etc
10. Should they come by airplane, ask the flight number and the arrival time
11. Ask the credit card details as a guarantee
12. Repeat their reservation and at the end

Remarks:
As agreed with Indah, therefore middle test will be held on Saturday, we will start from 8 am til
finish but if you would like to have it earlier, maybe tomorrow or another day, please do not
