Q1. Critical success matrix:
If I am the project manager for Disney, customer satisfaction will be the most critical
success factor for designing a new ride. Moreover, I will also PRIOTIZE the success
metrics in such order:

 Quality
 Client acceptance
 Schedule
 Cost

The quality is most important factor to focused on while Disney expedition for the
safety and satisfaction of the customers. For example, Disney team established
Everest with abominable snowman an audio-animatronics monster with the power of
hydraulic cylinder which equal to Boeing 747 airliner and is called YETI, and test
takes more than two years to perfect. Moreover, the Disney’s imaginers also planted
more than 900 bamboo plants, 10 species of tress and 110 species of shrubs to
create the felling of Himalayan lowlands which is surrounded with mount Everest.

Client acceptance is major factor which is depend upon the special and unique
features of roller coaster. To attain the uniqueness of the roller coaster team focused
and added numerous interesting things like unexpected twists and turns, thrills and
many more. Moreover, it also has one more feature that make the ride unique is at
one moment train start rushing backward down the track and feels like it was out of
control.[CITATION cas19 \l 5129 ]

The project has managed and work hard and completed the project of Disney almost
in 5 years and this time frame indicates the schedule to for the Disney’s Expedition
Everest and opens in 7 April 2007. However, their main aim is to create a world’s
biggest and unique ride for their customers and they spend cost of near about US$
100 million [ CITATION ART18 \l 5129 ]

Q2. Details of Disney:
The Disney' imaginers and project team concentrated and worked very hard to make
the Disney unique for their customers as they know it was not an easy task to build
the attraction. They make their customers to feel exact like they are in Himalayas
while riding in the roller coaster. The adventurous ride starts with the entrance of the
building of the “Himalayan Escape” from there the riders can have their passes and
tickets for the ride afterwards the riders taken towards ethnic prayer flags from
monasteries in Nepal. Next, they pass through Tashi’s general store and from there
riders taken through the museum that indicates the culture of Nepal and history of
Himalayas. This is the point from where the guests are allowed to board the rail
called Anandapur Rail Service which takes riders to the peak point to experience the
adventurous roller coaster ride. However, in the main feature that makes the ride
unique is the train start rushing backward down the track and seems like it was out of
control. [CITATION cas19 \l 5129 ]

So, all these features, creativity and research of the team results in the most
innovated and enjoyable rides in the world that makes customer happy and satisfied
and left no reason for them to complain.
