2. To file any case in any court, and appear in my behalf as co-owner of our

enter into any amicable settlement pertaining to such;
3. To appear at the office of Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), XXXX

4. To sign any and all documents related with the said authority; and to do such
other acts and things necessarily connected therewith.
