Topic Reading: A Window to the World

By the end of the lesson, pupils should be able to

1. Teacher shows a few books.
Pre 2. Pupils try to guess the importance of the books.
3. Teacher gives the answer.
4. Pupils divide into groups
5. Each group is given a piece of card, they then need to list the books that they had
read on the cards.
6. Teacher collects the cards

While 7. Teacher calls one card randomly and then ask a person from the group to come

8. The person will become the group representative to present and talk about the
books that they listed.
9. This continues until all the groups get their turn.
10. Pupils write about the most inspiring book / stories they had read.
Post 11. Pupils hand in their papers.
12. Teacher checks their work and guide accordingly.
