1920’s Museum Project

Here is your chance to be a famous artist. You have been commissioned by a local history museum to create a masterpiece
from the 1920s era. The only stipulation is that you must have it done by Wednesday, December 18 th. Also, you must pick
your assignment up by 2:45 p.m. on December 19th from the Black Box Theater. Failure to comply will result in your project
being recycled.

The assignment:
● To create an exhibit based on a topic of your choice.
● Create an exhibit that explains your topic and is displayed in a creative fashion.
● Include descriptions, subtitles, and captions on your display.
● Be Creative!
● The project is due: Wednesday, December 18th.

On the day of the museum:


● You will be taking a tour of other classmates’ projects.
● During the tour, you will be completing questions about each exhibit while learning and reviewing information from
the time period.

Exhibit ideas:
● Display Board
● Collection of Artifacts
● Storyboard (sequence of events)
● Collage/Mural (Pictures)
● Music
● A model
