(1) MANCOVA is an analysis of covariance with more than one dependent variable that involves covariates. It is a blend of regression and MANOVA.
(2) The document discusses the test procedures for one-way MANCOVA with two covariates, which includes assumption testing, hypothesis testing using Wilk's Lambda, and post hoc testing using Bryant-Paulson procedures if needed.
(3) As an example, the document describes a study that used one-way MANCOVA to determine the effect of class level on eating frequency, energy intake, and protein intake in students, adjusting for weight and age as covariates.

Multivariate Analysis of Covariance (MANCOVA) is an analysis of
covariance with more than one dependent variable and involve concomitant variable or covariate. MANCOVA is a blend of regression and multivariate analysis of variance (MANOVA). MANCOVA which consist of one factor and two covariates is called one-way MANCOVA with two covariates. The aim of writing the thesis was to know the test procedures of MANCOVA and its implementation in the field of nutrition. The test procedure of one-way MANCOVA with two covariate includes: (1) Assumption test of one-way MANCOVA which consist of five assumption, that are a linear relationship between dependent variable and concomittan variable, the coefficient of regression plane between homogeneous treatments, the independence of the observation object, dependent variable distributed normal multivariate on each treatment, and equality of covariance matrices among the treatments (2) Hypothesis test of MANCOVA with Wilk’s Lambda test (3) Post hoc test MANCOVA with Bryant-Paulson procedure (BP), if the the results of hypothesis test on MANCOVA shows the effect of treatment on the dependent variable. The Implementation of one-way MANCOVA with two covariates in the field of nutrition was the research to determine the effect of different class levels to the average of frequency in eating foods (times per day), energy intake (kcal), and protein intake (g) students of MTs Nurul Ummah Yogyakarta after adjusting for two covariates such as weight (kg) and the age (years) of students. MANCOVA test with Wilk’s Lambda test resulted the value of Λ=0,429< Λ 0.05;3,2,19 =0,496 and sig = 0,019 < 0,05 which showed that the effects of treatment on the dependent variable. Post hoc test MANCOVA which was only on protein intake variable in the 1st and 3rd class level showed a significant difference, that was | BP | = 3.86> 3.795.
