I. Learning Objectives
a. Students are able to understand the social function, language feature, and generic
structure of simple procedure text.
b. Students are able to produce their own procedure text.

1. Pre-Activity 10  Teacher greet the students.
 Teacher asking for the class
attendance.
 Teacher will start the class with
asking about students’ interest in  Questioning
technology, cooking etc. skill
 Teacher ask several students about

 Students should gather with their
group members
 Each group should discuss and then
decide one topic of procedure text
that they want to make, each group
have to choose different topic from
one another.
 After deciding the topic students
have to create their own procedure
text, their procedure text should
base on their experience, so they
have to gather some information
from one another to be able to
complete their procedure text.
 Teacher will come to each group to
ask about their progress and
difficulties that the students may
face.
3. Post- 10  Each group have to submit their
Activity work
 Teacher will make a mini quizzes
for each group, the questions are  Questioning
based on the students’ work in skill
order to know whether they are
really understand and make the task
by themselves.
 After the quiz teacher will give a
reward and reinforcement for the
students.

 Instruction:
Please make a procedure text based on the topic that you already choose,
you are not allowed to look out the steps from other sources, so you have
to gather your experience to be able to complete the task.
