• Testing of major parameters of water and waste water like sulfate,nitrate,

calcium,magnesium,silica,iron,turbidity, TDS, TSS, BOD , COD and SDI.

1. DISSOLVED AIR FLOTATION PROCESS (DAF TORO ITALY)

• To check daily basis DAF recirculation flow & pressure

• To maintain chemical( coagulation & flocculation )

• DAF pressure maintain and also troubleshooting look out

2. ULTRA FILTRATION MEMBRANES (DOWUSA)

• Remove particulate fouling from Hydraulic backwash with Air scouring.

• Remove Biological fouling from sodium hypo chlorite, oxidizer,biocide,H2O2 and SMBS.

• Remove inorganic fouling from HCL acid,H2SO4,citric acid & oxalic acid at pH 2

• Remove organic fouling ( silt, organic acid ,Humus ) with CEB alkali at pH 12 (NaOH)

3. RO MEMBRANES (DOWUSA)

• To maintain all pressure (HPP feed & out,ERD discharge and system operating pressure)

• To maintain RO recovery

• To check SDI in feed water

• Reasonable all steps of CIP ( acidic & basic )

• Perform all maintenance work

• Complete documentation on daily basis log sheets and monthly-yearly report of plant efficiency
with capacity and availability factor with all maintenance and events reports.
