Job Responsibilities:
• Lead process operations effectively and ensure compliance of process parameters & Quality Parameters
(Levels of Storage tanks & Silos, Slurry Temperature, Moisture, Viscosity, Spray Tower Temperatures & Pressure,
ID fan & FD fan monitoring & Natural gas consumption, Base Powder Temperature, Moisture & Dynamic
Flowrate).
• Synchronize spray drying tower efficiency to control losses. Inspect major equipments (LP & HP Pump, FD & ID
fans) trends via DCS routine basis.
• Coordinate with the quality team and optimize quality parameters to maintain process KPI’s. Prepare and daily
manage OPE and RM consumption reports.
• Carry out the departmental safety, health, and good housekeeping meetings on a shift basis discusses all accidents,
incidents, and near misses with team leaders and operators to avoid re-occurrence.
• Worked in plant commissioning and conducted pressure test of pipelines, checking of installation of valves,
sensors, safety equipment, pipe length, diameter, and connections as per P&ID also prepared punch list with
detailed observations and findings.
• Worked with Siemens team during DCS commissioning and conducted activities like loop checking, interlocks
checking, and startup/shutdown checks and made reports of all these activities.

Deputy Shift In Charge – National PetroCarbon Pvt. Limited, Karachi Dec 2010 – Nov 2012
Job Responsibilities:
• Monitored, supervised, & controlled the operations facilities & manpower of the plant.
• Troubleshooted process abnormalities, deviations from normal running and handle emergencies.
• Attended regular safety meetings for the awareness of safety rules and regulations and to ensure adherence.
• Entered production activities in the relevant logbook & forms after quality checking of the finished product at the
end of the shift.

Assistant Manager Production – Thatta Cement Company Limited, Thatta Nov 2008 – Dec 2010
Job Responsibilities:
• Ensured smooth plant operations and checked all plant parameters & quality results of the product on shift
startup.
• Ensured the health & safety of all employees that are working in raw mill, kiln & coal handling plant.
• Ensured proper coal placement in live piles & proper blends for a three-phase burner of rotary kiln also did
Inspection of stacker, reclaimer, loaders, and dump trucks.
• Conducted Pre & Post shift activities to check the workplace safety, raw materials, & equipment’s health and to
make sure all employees are trained to perform their duties safely.
