AFFIDAVIT OF INDIGENCY

I, JUAN DE LA CRUZ, of legal age, married with three (3)

children, and currently residing at Brgy. T. Padilla Cebu City, after
having sworn in accordance with law, hereby voluntary dispose and
say:

1. I am an indigent member of the community;

2. Before my detention at the Cebu City Jail, I previously worked as
a pedicab driver earning an average 200 pesos a day;
3. I was unable to post for bail in the amount of 6,000 pesos due to
financial incapacity;
4. Under penalty of perjury, I declare that the above statement is
true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief;
