Bueco Co., Ltd. is established by Mr. Wang, Mr. Ouyang and an excellent engineers' team
who is in leading companies of HVAC business for more than a decade in July 2016.

We focus on the air cooled water chiller, air source heat pump, water cooled water chiller,
ground source heat pump, air handling unit, fan coil unit, rooftop packaged unit, cooling
tower and other HVAC accessories. We have two workshops, total 30000 m2 workshop
area, one for chiller of big size, and another for rooftop packaged unit and chiller of small
size, and two laboratories, one is specially for the water chiller, another for the rooftop
packaged unit etc., all the parameter and performance can be tested. All products will be
tested before delivery.

The product quality is controlled with excellent engineer team, production workers and
testing facilities, and the production equipment is also important, our CNC machine, fin
punching machine etc., are imported from Amada, Japan, which give high precision of
process and quick production speed.

We got the national 1st level qualification license on mechanical, electrical equipment
installation, 2nd level qualification license on air purification engineering. The company is

3. About the AHU
ZK series air handling unit is successfully designed with the combination of advantages of
different manufacturers and many years’ production practice, it has the following features,
low energy consumption, nice appearance, full optional function range, flexible combination,
stable operation, smart design, convenient installation and maintenance etc.. It’s widely
applied in sports stadium, exhibition hall, airport, bus station and factories in automobile,
electronic, textile, pharmaceutical, tobacco and power generation precise instrument etc.
industries.
The casing is made of panels easy for assembly and dismantle, the insulation panel is made
of double skin panel with polyurethane or polystyrene insulation, frame is made of special steel
or aluminum alloy, and it’s properly sealed between the panel and frame to minimize the
air leakage. The heat exchanger is made of copper tube and corrugated aluminum fin, it has
high heat exchange coefficient, small water pressure drop, light weight and long lifetime with
scientific design of fin distance and water flow route.
ZKJ series purification AHU is design as per China National Standard GB/T14292-2008,
European standard EN1886-1997, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and related clean
room design regulation and technical standard for hospital clean room construction, bacteria
purification conception is implemented in the R&D. There is serious interior bacteria dust
pollution in the existing air handling unit, it’s difficult to remove the harm of bacteria by
adding the air filter, which can not meet the purification system requirement.
ZKJ purification AHU is especially good at the integrated method on bacteria control,
eliminates the possibility of bacteria growth. New bacteria elimination device can be added for
regularly convenient and effective bacteria elimination. ZKJ series purification AHU is widely
used in the places where clean environment is required, such as pharmaceutical, biological,
electronical, hospital, food and chemical etc..
The modern construction has higher and higher requirement in comfort and process
precision, the conflict is more and more between air conditioner operation cost and enough
fresh air supply. If it’s to reduce the fresh air flow rate so as to reduce the consumption and
operation cost, the indoor air quality would be harmful to health. We develop the ZKN series
heat recovery air handling unit, it has all the air conditioning function with heat recovery of
cooling or heating capacity. Operation cost is reduced dramatically, energy is saved and indoor
air quality is optimized. It makes the indoor space an ideal place where the breath is joyful as in
the nature outdoor.

  4.11 Functional section performance and dimension
Mixing, air intake, air supply section
1. Mixing section is used to mix the fresh air and return air, with access door, damper is optional.
2. It’s air intake or air supply section when the one of air inlets is removed from the mixing section.

  4.12 Air distribution section
1. Air distribution section is applied to adjust the air flow rate to meet the design requirement, it’s
combined with the exhaust air and fresh air/return air section, interior air flow damper and access door is
equipped. Exhaust air, fresh air/return air damper is optional.
2. The exhaust air section can work with return air fan motor as 100% return air system in season
transition period, or to be used for the adjustment of system air flow rate, fresh air and return air mixing
ratio.
3. Secondary return air section is for secondary mixing of secondary return air system, or for adding
fresh air to mix with return air.

  4.13 Heat recovery section
1. Heat recovery section is to transfer the heat from exhaust air to fresh air via heat exchanger,
the heat recovery ratio is up to 70% and operation cost is reduced dramatically. It saves energy
and optimized the air quality is the same time. Exhaust air and fresh air damper is option. There is
built in damper inside, which can be used to adjust the mixing ratio between fresh air and return
air, or convert the system into a 100% return air or fresh air system in season transition period.
2. Plate type, wheel type and heat pipe type is optional, and there are sensible heat recovery
and total heat recovery options in the plate type and wheel type. Heat pipe is only sensible type.

  4.14 Cooling coil (heating coil) drop eliminator
1. Cooling coil & drop eliminator has function of decreasing temperature and humidity and
drop elimination. It can be used for heating with hot water at less than 65℃,drain pan and drain
pipe is that section. Drop eliminator is required when the face velocity is >1.5m/s.
2. For the convenience of installation and maintenance, there are two coils for ZK20 ~ZK60,
and three coils for ZK70 and ZK100, connected in parallel.

  4.15 Steam heating section
1. The steam heating tube is made of steel and aluminum, extruded & pressed together, it
has high efficiency, high pressure strength, corrosion durable, no bacteria, nice appearance and
long life time.

Note: It's 2rows steam heating as default value.

  4.16 Dry steam humidifier section
1. This section is for air humidification, the specific humidification capacity is to be selected as
per requirement.
2. Completely made of stainless steel, humidification efficiency is high, corrosion durable, no
bacteria and has long lifetime.
3. Double layer steam piping insulation, no water comes from the nozzle with unique
attenuation net, there is no noise of steam spray.

Note: When the unit specification is not same as the A, B value as above or the humidifier
number could be adjusted properly.

Notes:
1. The steam humidification capacity only related with humidifier size and pipe diameter.
2. Control method: S-manual; C-Electromagnetic; D- Electricity motorized; manual control is
default method, others are optional.
3. Steam trap shall be fixed with the steam humidifier, the steam condensed water shall be
drained separately.
4.17 Attenuation section
Resistance type and micro punch hole type is available for the attenuation section.
1. Resistance type attenuation
The noise absorbing material is applied on the plate type attenuator, configuration is compact,
the attenuation frequency range is wide, attenuation up to 10~25dB(A).
2. Purification micro punch hole plate attenuation
Made of galvanized plate, aluminum sheet or stainless steel sheet, it’s completely metal made,
no absorbing material, the noise value is reduced with the change of hole diameter and hole
number. It is durable against high temperature, high humidity, easy to clean and no pollution
and no bacteria, especially suitable for purification air handling unit in pharmaceutical, food,
hospital and electronic industries. Configuration is compact, weight is light, attenuation up to
10~25dB(A).

4.18 Sterilization Section
It is for regular sterilization on the dust or bacteria in the air or on the material surface in the
whole system with circulation air and ozone generator.

Note: It’s calculated basing on ozone half life is 17~23minutes, the ozone content is
10~15ppm after 60minutes sterilization.

4.19 Filter capacity


Different filters are optional, it’s G3 for preliminary filter and F6 for medium filter in common
application.

Notes: Filter standard as per EN779(DIN24185) standard.

4.20 Fan motor section with vertical discharge
1. It adopts double inlet high efficiency centrifugal fan motor with built in isolator and access
door, damper is option.
2. The fan motor shall be selected as per the air flow rate, total pressure, external static
pressure and pressure drop in unit.

4.22 Reference height for each functional sections

Notes: The fan motor section weight is basing on the weight of the maximum fan motor of
similar dimension, the fan motor weight is related with air flow rate and total pressure.

4.23 Automatic control system
Building automation system is widely applied in the air conditioning system for comfort or
process treatment purpose in public building, integrated commercial building and industries.
Our total distributed control system adopts advanced technology of computer, communication
network and automation, monitors and controls the HVAC, lighting and power distribution
system, can be connected with management system of security, fire and elevation etc., aims
to provide the quality and comfortable working and living environment with efficient and safe
operation.
Building total distributed control system realizes the central monitor management of
distributed control system in real time, it consists of central monitor station and site control
substation in network connection.
Central monitor station includes central monitor computer, printer, wiring interface and
system software.
Site control substation consists of intelligent controller with microprocessor and network
interface, it’s placed near the control object to monitor and control the HVAC in real time and
communicates with the central station and substations.

1. Central monitor station system


1.1 It adopts common general cable network topological structure, realizes the direct
communication between central station and substation and point to point communication at
same level, each control substation can be managed and monitored.
1.2 It displays the system process flow and working condition, the operation is completely
symbolized, the operation interface is easy to understand and operate.
1.3 It realizes the control of equipment at specific projects, setting adjustment is allowed.
1.4 Data adaption: The operation status and error message is adapted, stored, analyzed and
managed.
1.5 Data process: It displays the operation condition adapted in real time, record is stored and
can be printed, dynamic analysis diagram is available.
1.6 Operation hour sheet: For the users’ convenience of system maintenance and operation.
1.7 Error diagnosis, error alarm, the error message and time can be printed in real time.
1.8 Different passwords in different level for safe operation.

2. Real time control system at site


The real time control system consists of sensor, controller, actuator and the equipment etc., it
controls the parameter of different industries. Different controller can be selected according to
the system size and requirement. When the total distributed system is selected, the controller
will be intelligent controller, for instance, DDC or PLC controller. Analog or digital control
instrument can be used when central monitor system is not required.
The real time control system mainly includes:

2.1 Temperature and humidity control for fresh air unit

2.1.6 The temperature and humidity control panel can be separated or combined as per
requirement.
2.2 Air handling unit temperature and humidity control
2.2.1 The adjustment method is realized via multi output control, split-range control or
automatic selection control etc. to ensure the control object is in accordance with requirement,
energy saving is realized via the enthalpy control and adjustment of 1st and 2nd return air
ratio.
2.2.2 Temperature, humidity control precision: Temperature ±0.5℃, RH±3%, air pressure
±60Pa.
2.2.3 Displays the object under control.
2.2.4 Anti freezing alarm.
2.2.5 Filter block alarm.
2.2.6 The air handling unit has various functional sections, the control solution will be different
according to the difference of control object, the above is for common application, control
solution can be customized.
2.3 Variable air flow control
2.3.1 To control the fan motor rotation speed to adjust the system air flow rate according to
temperature, pressure and air quality, the speed adjustment systems available are:
A: Inverter speed adjustment
B: Stage speed adjustment
C: Thyristor speed adjustment
The inverter speed adjustment method has high efficiency and wide adjustment range, stage
speed adjustment is simple and economic via multistage adjustment.
2.4 Power control
2.4.1 Supply air fan motor, return air fan motor on/off
2.4.2 Protection of current/voltage too high, phase lack of fan motor
2.4.3 Fan motor operation status and alarm display

To ensure the piping pressure stable by control the opening of motorized valve according to

2.6 Heat exchange station equipment control

2.7 Cooling station equipment control
The cooling station includes water chiller, chilled water pump, cooling water pump, motorized
valve and cooling towers etc., the system control items are:
A: On/off control of water chiller group and the equipment related, interlocked operation and
equipment protection.
B: Optimized chiller operation number control
C: Cooling water temperature automatic control
D: Optimized cooling tower operation number control
E: Equipment operation status, working condition monitor and error alarm
2.8 Transformer, electricity distribution and lighting system control
2.8.1 Monitor the current, voltage, frequency, power input and power consumption of the
high/low voltage power distribution panel
2.8.2 Operation monitor and error alarm for power distribution panel, on/off panel,
transformer and fan motor
2.8.3 Automatic metering of power consumption
2.8.4 Power consumption load control: To manage the power consumption intelligently so as
to avoid the maximum power load is more than the limit set.
2.8.5 Central control on the public lighting to save energy
2.8.6 Monitor the status of electricity distribution panel for lighting and error alarm, automatic
shift between normal lighting, economic light and malfunction lighting.
2.9 Water supply and discharge system control
2.9.1 All the pumps’ on/off and the central monitor on the pump operation status
2.9.2 Error alarm when the pump goes wrong and the standby pump starts to work, and
control the pump works in shift
2.9.3 Automatic water makeup during the electricity consumption low period at night
2.9.4 Alarm on high/low water level of water tank
Installation notice:
Keep enough space around the unit for maintenance convenience, especially near the access
door, water pipe connection side and filter removal side.
The installation foundation must be flat, if not, there will be impact on drainage and dynamic
balance of fan motor.
It’s intake air type, heating water shall not be higher than 65℃, water quality must be good
(softened water), strainer is required at water inlet.

Trap valve shall be placed at condensed water pipe, the height of which could be considered
as per unit external static pressure + 100mmH2O height (Please refer to the below diagram for
details), and drain pipe must not be blocked, drain slope shall be >0.005.
All the duct and piping shall have independent supporter, not to use the AHU as supporting
device for piping/ducting.
The fan motor shall have phase lack and overload protection. Reduced voltage start shall be
applied on the fan motor above 11kW.
After installation, check if the blower rotation is smooth or not, if the voltage meets standard
or not, is there any phase lack before power on for operation. Check if the blower rotation
direction is correct or not after power on, if not, change the phase sequence. It can only be
switch on for operation after all the inspection is accepted. It’s not allowed to use the unit
without loading.
Turn the damper be 1/2 closing before operation, adjust the damper opening after starting,
not to have the fan motor over current.
Filter shall be washed regularly, it’s not allowed to run the unit without filter.
Anti freezing measurement should be taken or drain the water in the coil when it’s not to be
used in winter, so as to avoid pipe being frozen.
Total maintenance shall be done after two years’ operation, including dirty/scale removal on
fins and in pipe.
Please ask the professional technical for maintenance when there is any malfunction.

5. Order guide
Please specify the specification, model number, cooling capacity, heating capacity and the
water pipe direction (right or left) for AHU selection.
The standard AHU does not include control panel, additional control panel protection device
and variable air flow control can be customized according to specific requirement. The
standard AHU does not include air inlet and air outlet damper, which is optional.
Customization is available for special requirements, such as electrical heater, humidifier
attenuation etc..
