Chandigarh University is one of the best universities in Chandigarh, Punjab and North India that

offers various tailormade Undergraduate and Post graduate Courses, focussed on the present
industrial requirements. It will be a privilege to be the part of this very dynamic university.
Being a student of academics, I believe that my foremost duty is to help the students in the
process of learning. I will make my class more interactive by using Innovative methods of
teaching like classroom outside the classroom, storytelling, use of software’s like MINITAB,
MATLAB, Microsoft Office, Solidworks, Sway etc. I will surely do my best to make studies
interesting and comfortable to the students. This will ensure higher level of learning in pursuit of
academic results.

I had worked for Eleven years at Ludhiana College of Engineering and Technology. During my
job, I had always produced best results. I was a team member which started the Automobile
Engineering at LCET (First in Punjab). I had been a member of Board of studies in 2011-2013
for Automobile Engineering. In addition to mechanical subjects I had also taught Automobile
Engg. Subjects (Automotive Aerodynamics, Numerical methods and simulation, Machine
Drawing on Solidworks). Therefore, I can easily teach Automobile engineering subjects in
addition to Mechanical engineering subjects.

 Today, students need to be properly guided for being an entrepreneur. I have been
associated with S.T.E.P-Science & Technology Entrepreneurs' Park. I have been
resource person for delivering lectures on entrepreneurship at various organizations
(Guru Nanak Dev Engineering College, Bhutta College of Engineering & Technology,
Baba Banda Singh Bahadur College of Engineering & Technology, M & M Polytechnic
etc). I can guide the students on entrepreneurship through lectures, industrial visits and
interactions.
 I can help the students in their industrial trainings as well as in campus placements. I am
associated with companies like Ramson Cycles, Hero Cycles, A & A consultants,
Rajnish Industries, Bonn Breads etc.
 I have been a member of Junior Chamber International – Ludhiana City since 2007. I
can organize the seminars and workshops for students on the leadership and
communication.

I have done Ph.D in Mechanical Engineering with specialization in Industrial Engineering.

Industrial Engineering is a multidisciplinary branch of Engineering. I have 12 research papers in
different journal. I can comfortably guide students for pursuing P.hD.
Given an opportunity to serve, I will do my best to come up to the expectations of the
University. For me, the hands of watch will never be an obstacle in uplifting the university.
