Fairness is the base of any society.Being
muslim, Allah ordered him to do justice and at
the same time we should favour the people in
right manners.we should behave more than what
people demand from us.This will lead to
professional enviorment and also promote ehical
values in our society.
Avoid to interfere : If some individiual has
commiting deal with any other person then
during that period we are not allowed to inerfere
in it and this rule is applied on every other mater
related to this like marriage.
Upholding Merit : Any appointment related to
any organization take place through proper
procedure and this rule "right people for the
right job" should be applied.Accountibility
check should be done before selecting a
canditate is necessary beacause if we not select
able worker for job then trust is lost and then
according to hadees ,we should wait for the
Doomsday.we should check the eligibility
criteria before applying to any job.If authority is
given to unfit people then they will misuse their
powers thats why position and responsibilities
are must given to appropriate candidates.
Avoiding Bribery: Bribery is the curse because
when it spread in any nation ,it will destroy all
the system as well as society.And the Messenger
of Allah had curse the one who give and take the
bribe. But as a honest person, in some situations
we are forced to give the bribe otherwise we will
not get own rights.This is the only way we are
allowed to give bribe but we are not considered
responsible according to scholars.
Truthfulness: Truthfulness is a very
importanr aspect in professional life and
buissness.If we want to succeed, we should
follow the principles of truthfulness otherwise as
a professional and a bussinessman we cannot
build a future.Every Religion teaches us a lesson
of trutfulness.As a muslim we should always
speak truth in professional life.
Promote ease of doing bussiness: The main
purpose of ease of doing bussiness is to solve
the needs of people.Ease of doing doing
bussiness facilitate the domestic as well as
foreign people so they will create the jobs and
this is good for economy as well as individuals.
