Subject: Project Management training

Introduction

Passing continuing education courses from 02/01/2019 – 03/15/2019. The courses were
organized at a high level. All teachers - highly qualified professionals, their lectures were very
interesting and informative.

Discussion

The training was held in a friendly atmosphere. Teachers willingly explained and helped to
understand the material. There was a brief pre-test which was aimed at analyzing the trainees’
existing knowledge of the subject matter and how much they already know about some of the
topics which are to be discussed at the courses. The following core concepts were covered in
the training program: Project Mission, Project Planning, Project Progress Monitoring, Handling
Clients and Stakeholders, Handling Team Members, Meaningful Meetings, Project Close. At the
end of the training there was a post-test which questions were the same as those in the pre-
test in order to exactly know the difference in participants’ understanding regarding specific
topics before and after the training.

Conclusion

The courses were useful for all participants. My results from the pre-test and the post-test
show that there were topics which I didn't know about before the training and after the
training I received a lot of new information and could explain these topics.

Recommendations

I have a certificate of completion of continuing education courses. I recommend passing to all

project managers.
