How do I order new phone service or change or stop my current service?
If you’ve just moved into a new home or established a new business, we’ll be happy to connect
your service. NTA can also acquire or make necessary changes to your current NTA service. Please

Yes! Contact our Marketing & Sales Department at 625-9559 to get information on wide range of
products that will best fit your personal or business requirements. Upon applying for the service,
NTA will provide you with payment options towards your Wireless TV and Broadband Internet Wi-Fi
Router. You can either make full payment at the time of applying for service or, make arrange-
ment with our Credit & Collection department for equipment payment plan. Should you agree to
an equipment payment plan, your charges will be included in your billing statement.

HOW AM I BEING BILLED?

Monthly Billing Statements
NTA will provide you with a consolidated billing statement each month for all of your services. The
statement details the monthly and one-time charges owed for each service, and indicates any
payments received and/or credits issued during that billing cycle. Our billing cycle begins the first
day of each month and ends on the last day of the same month. This information is available to
you in both printed and online formats, giving you the option to choose the format that best fits
your needs.
Printed and Mailed Statements
Printed statements are sent via RMI Post Office once each month. You should receive your mailed
statement no later than the 10th day of the following month. You are responsible for any charges
owed even if you do not receive your printed monthly bill.
Where do I pay my bill?
Customers can pay their bills at:

• NTA Headquarter - located in Delap, Majuro
• NTA Ebeye Branch - located in Ebeye, Kwajalein
• Bank of Marshall Islands Main Office - located in Uliga, Majuro
• Bank of Marshall Islands Ebeye Branch - Located in Ebeye, Kwajalein
HOW AM I BEING BILLED?
All payment transactions made through Bank of Marshall Islands will be reflected in your NTA ac-
count one business day late.
Why would my Telephone Service be disconnected?
Your services can be disconnected if you don’t pay your bill. If this occurs, a notice of Account
Past Due for late payment will be sent, and service will be disconnected if payment is not received
by specified date.
OTHER REASONS TELEPHONE SERVICE COULD BE DISCONNECTED ARE:

1. Failure to comply with the terms of a deferred payment agreement
2. Failure to comply and deposit or credit arrangement
3. Failure to stop abuse or misuse of NTA services
4. Abandonment of NTA services without notice to NTA
5. Tampering with or bypassing NTA’s equipment

What is International Text Messaging? International Text Messaging allows you to send and receive text
messages from your wireless phone to other countries outside of your region.
How do I send International Text Messages? To send International Text Messages from RMI to US, simply en-
ter the plus (+) sign, one (1) and then the 10-digit phone number of the message recipient as you would
when sending a domestic text message. e.g. +1(XXX) XXX-XXXX. To other countries, dial plus (+), the area
code, and then the number of the country you are sending the text message to.
