CIUDAD PERDIDA

Hidden deep in the jungle of the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, in Colombia, is Ciudad
Perdida. Built by the Tayrona (Colombian Indians) over a thousand years ago, the
archaeological site only became an attraction after it was discovered in the 1970s.

It is one of the attractions of Colombia for its history, the indigenous communities, too,
because it is a biosphere reserve, its flora and fauna are unique in this region.

Dear mom, I want to tell you about my trip to the oldest and most fascinating lost city located
in the Sierra Nevada of Santa Marta, a wonder of nature and its indigenous community is
spectacular. what I most like are the 2 to 5 day walks and its great forests, because while you
walk you enjoy the fresh air, the rivers that cross and the peace. It is wonderful, I hope to
repeat it with all of you so that you enjoy this unique and beautiful experience. It is a journey
with a direct connection to nature, between fruit trees, palm trees, hanging vines and unique
animals. It will be an unforgettable experience. These trips are necessary to free ourselves
from the stress of routine.
