Propose,  explain  and  detail  the  WBS  (Work  Breakdown  Structure)  for  cooking  a  waffle.    
 

In  the  next  page  a  WBS  for  cooking  a  waffle  is  proposed.    

The  first  step  to  do  it  is  to  get  a  receipt  and  for  it  a  bibliography  research  is  needed.  Once  we  have  different  options  of  recipes  we  have  to  choose  one  and  
read  it  close  making  sure  that  we  understand  the  process,  and  finally  we  have  to  create  a  list  with  all  we  need:  equipment  and  ingredients.  

Next,  before  starting,  we  have  to  be  sure  that  we  have  all  the  equipment  needed  with  us.  If  we  don’t  have  it  we  will  have  to  buy  it.  

Once  the  equipment  is  ready  we  have  to  go  for  the  ingredients  in  the  supermarket.  First  is  equipment  because  if  we  need  maybe  1  week  to  get  all  the  
equipment  and  we  have  bought  the  ingredients  before  maybe  some  of  them  aren’t  good  in  the  moment  of  cooking.    

Then,  we  have  all  we  need  with  us  and  we  can  start  cooking  following  the  receipt.    

And  to  finish  the  process  it  has  to  be  served  hot  putting  it  into  a  dish  and  serving  the  waffle.
