Dear Marco,

IRN and Packing list released with DAELIM inspector.

Have raised some concerns and forwarded as mail to FABCON.

1.       Pipes are without ends protected / End Caps.

2.       Flange faces (in piping, Molecular seals, K.O. Drums) are not blanked as required.
3.       Packing concerns – Neoprene absent, Pipes in contact, Waste paper used as packing, loose
pipes, spare parts and gaskets packed loose (material unfastened inside the box).
4.       Paint touchups – for Piping , Risers , K.O. Drums
5.       Spare parts – Receiving inspection , packing list, release notes outstanding.
6.       K.O. Drum flange protection / Blind flanges
7.       Pickling of Pipes  (Missed and Packed).
8.       ASNT Level2 certificates for NDT technician.
9.       Qualification certificate for Painting Inspector as per Project Spec not provided .
10.   Painting PQT not completed.
11.   RT Reports originals missing.
12.   PMI Reports Original missing.
13.   AS BUILT Drawings with redline line markup not provided.
14.   Pulley  Elbow – Not offered for Inspection.
15.   WPQR – welding personnel qualification record with list.
16.   RT Reports for Piping .
17.   Updated weld summary for Piping.
18.   DOCUMENTATION / MRB initial review for Piping , K.O.Drums.


Pipings final review not done, SGF AGF K.O.Drums not done.
 RT Film Review for Pipings balance.
 All Post Painting works of both K.O.Drums balance.

o MANUFACTURER DATA REPORT, 
o SPARE PARTS CHECK, 
o PACKING, MARKING & SHIPPPING, 
o DOCUMENTATION REVIEW OF MDR, 
o FINAL INSPECTION RELEASE NOTE / CERTIFICATE
Different Reports (RT, pickling, ) to be provided or changed, calibration
certificates of pneumatic test gauges, surface profile gauge , ASNT Level
2, Coating Inspctor certificates to be attached in MRB.
