Anchorage 14-day Quarantine Plan

Travel to Anchorage
• Employees will travel via commercial airline from point of hire to Anchorage
• On arrival employee will transfer in Trident provided transportation to a hotel
Hotel Arrival
Employee will be met by Trident staff and guided to Orientation.
• COVID-19 Orientation will include:
o Initial Exposure Questionnaire and temperature checks
o Review of New Hire Quarantine Absolutes, previously signed by employee
o Provide an overview of temperature and health symptoms
o Demonstration and review of Handwashing Absolutes
o Demonstration and review of Social Distancing
• Following Orientation, employees will check in to assigned rooms
o Room assignments may include up to two people
Employee Absolutes
• Employees will not leave their room for 14 days
• No outside visitors or visiting between occupants of other rooms
• No outside deliveries
• Meals will be delivered by hotel staff three times a day
• Laundry will be picked up and returned outside door by hotel staff
Health and Wellness
• Hotel will provide hand sanitizer and supplies in each room to support sanitization protocols
• Contracted medical providers will:
o Perform daily temperature scans and health assessment
o Evaluate symptomatic employees and provide medical orders as needed
• Employees must be asymptomatic for 14 days prior to site travel
Compliance Checks
• Trident supervisory staff will be on-site 24 hrs. to ensure compliance
• Additional hired security to be stationed throughout hotel
Departure and Transit to Plant Location
• Employees will wear masks and gloves for travel
• Trident will provide sanitized transportation
• Trident dedicated transportation (charter flights and vans) will be provided from Anchorage to
Worksite

Employees not fulfilling quarantine will be terminated and returned home. They will not be eligible for
future employment with Trident Seafoods.
