Simple Motor Start Inhibit

Exercise:

The SIPROTEC device shall detect 3 number of motor starts via binary input 1.
The actual number of motor starts shall be displayed in the default display as
measured value.
After the 3rd start an indication shall be issued to block further starting.
This indication shall be allocated to binary output contact and LED14 (unstored).
Via binary input 2 the counter shall be reset.

Simple Motor Start Inhibit

Background:

We do not use the function ‚motor start inhibit` with an integrated thermal model.

This model allows different start procedures in time dependent on the thermal reserve
considering the time differences between the starts.

Here we just count the number of starts by a counter block.
