The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze: (1) Competence (2) Commitment; (3) Work Productivity; and (4) Effect of Competence and Commitment to Pegawi Work Productivity at SDN Nagreg 02 Bandung Regency, both simultaneously and partially The research method used in this study is a descriptive survey and explanatory survey, the unit of analysis in this study are the employees in the environment of SDN Nagreg 02 Bandung Regency with a sample of 30 people. The type of investigation is causality, and the time horizon in this study is cross sectional Based on the results of the study, it was found that the Competency of Employees at SDN Nagreg 02 Bandung Regency apparently most of the employees gave quite good responses, the work motivation of employees at SDN Nagreg 02 Bandung Regency in general can be said to be good, the work productivity of employees at SDN Nagreg 02 Bandung Regency is currently rated well. Competency and Commitment simultaneously influence Employee Work Productivity in SDN Nagreg 02 Bandung Regency. But partially dominant Competence affects employee performance rather than Commitment. Because competence is more dominant in influencing performance, it is the first priority in improving employee performance. then the Nagreg 02 SDN Bandung regency is expected to improve the competence of employees at the Nagreg 02 SDN Bandung regency by including training and education, so that they are able to work more professionally Keywords: Competency, Commitment and Work Productivity
