APPLICATIONS
 Any type of machining, metal removal
 Particularly suitable for aluminums alloys, steel and stainless steels.

ADVANTAGES
 Performance: POLYBIO 650 ABF is designed for heavy duty
machining operations
 Filtration: Minimum 25 µm. Suitable 50 µm. Filters of natural
polyesters or polypropylene. The specific design limits filter
consumption. This excellent filtration capacity allows preserving a
very clean coolant, and the performances in time.
 Friendly usage:
 Odorless, Boron and Amines free.
 Rust protection: Excellent rust protection on sensitive ferrous
materials like cast iron and steel.
Foaming: High resistance to foaming :
 Low foaming properties in soft water
 Low “mechanical” foaming (cf. equipment and pressure)
 Degreasing: with alkaline cleaner or solvent.
