Q7: A monoenergetic parallel beam of non-relativistic neutrons of
energy E is incident on an infinite metal surface. Within the metal, the
neutrons experience a uniform negative potential V. The incident beam
makes an angle θ with respect to the surface normal (as shown in the
figure below). What fraction of the incident beam is reflected?
