Brief Description of Company

 JTI Logistics (B) Sdn Bhd is a joint-venture company established in 2013 between JTI
Logistics International Pte Ltd from the United Kingdom and Haji Awang Bin Budiman, a
local entrepreneur.

 The company’s main scope of activities is providing logistics services in the construction
sector.

 In 2014, the company invested B$ 3,000,000 to build a modern logistics depot on a plot of
land in the Serasa Industrial Area.
