21CALL TO ORDER:
22 The session was called to order at around 10:15 o’clock in the morning; Mrs. Aname T.
23Ducducan led the prayer followed by singing the Pambansang Awit led by Hon. Davis B. Soliot.

25ROLL CALL:
26 The Brgy. Secretary called the roll and showed that Hon. Claire D. Yanto was not around;
27however, she came in late during the session. The Chairman / Presiding Officer declared a
28quorum there since member of the council were present.

30READING OF THE PREVIOUS MINUTES:
31 Hon. Davis B. Soliot moved for the approval of the minutes of the previous regular
32session duly seconded by Hon. Al Anthony D. Odinada.

34BUSINESS OF THE DAY:
35 The Chairman / Presiding Officer asked for suggestions or plans of activities for the
36upcoming Holy Week. Hon. Davis Soliot said to plan for the Sta. Cruzan; Hon. Tito Adona will
37donate some amount in making the barricade for planned chapel. Hon. Claire Yanto asked
38about the penalties of the absences, Ms. Aname Ducducan, Brgy. Treasurer said that the
39amount of the said penalties was utilized already; Brgy. Treasurer reported all the expenses and
40its usage.
41 Chairman informed the council about the re-blocking of the road along Calle Veteranos
42St. that will be done within the month April or May 2019. The chairman also asked the council
43for suggestion on looking for a Day Care Worker that will replace the position since Mrs. Pader
44can no longer handle the job because she will be on maternity leave, but there is still no
45assurance if she can still go back to teaching, this matter will be discussed furthermore.
46 Chairman let Hon. Kicie Batica, the SK Chairwoman discuss her planned activities during
47summer times. Hon. Kicie Batica reported her activities such as basketball per zone, volleyball,
48badminton, amazing race and catechism. The council talked about the prizes, but as per Hon.
49Batica they haven’t finalized the prizes yet.
50 Also, chairman added that the DILG relayed him an information prohibiting the elected
51officials from posting the candidate’s tarpaulin because elected officials should be a non-
52partisan. Chairman suggested having an Easter Egg Hunt as a part of the Holy Week
53Celebration. Hon. Al Odinada and chairman donated one (1) tray of egg and the council donated
54some amount for the cash prizes.
55 The council also discussed about Gender and Development Training on July 9-12, 2019
56in Baguio City, but this will be discussed furthermore at the next session for finalization. Also,
57Hon. Davis Soliot informed the council that our anonymous donor will donate cash for the Sta.
58Cruzan.

60ADJOURNMENT:
61 There having no more business to discuss, Hon. Davis Solit moved for the adjournment
62of the session duly seconded by Hon. Kicie Batica. Chairman/Presiding Officer declared the
63session adjourned at around 12:10 o’clock in the afternoon.
