The impact of Corona Virus onthe Indonesian economy. There are someimpactofcorona virus to
Indonesia, especially in economy. The first in the fall of Rupiah exchangerate weaked 1,40% again to the
level of Rp. 16,337 per US dollar due to the full quarantine or lockdown in the Jakarta area. Secondly is
sales that dropped in themarket. Andi is a fish trader in Tangerang market, he said that his sales declined
in the pastweek, according to him the arrival of visitors to the market has also deminished because of
corona virus. The last is drops the trip from domestic or foreign in statistic BPS tells the number of
foreign tourist arrivals decreased by 7,62% in January 2020 compored to December2019, meanwhile
domestic tourists dropped by 3,1% in the same period. So there are some impact of corona virus to
Indonesian Economy.

The impact of corona virus in Indonesian economy.

There are some impact of corona virus to Indonesia during quarantine or lockdown in many
sectors,especially in economic sector.the first impact is the fall of rupiah exchangerate weaked
1,40% again to the level of Rp.16,337 per US dollar due to quarantine and lockdown in the
Jakarta area. The second is the sales declined in the market.for example is andi as a fishmonger
in tanggerang market, he said that his sales and arrivals of customers declined in this pas week
because of corona. The last is a down of the trip arrival from domestic or foreign according to
statistic.BPS stated that the number of foreign tourist arrivals decreased by 7,62%in January by
compored to December 2019, meanwhile domestic touist dropped by 3,1% in the same period. In
conclusion ,at least there are three impacts of corona virus on the Indonesian economy,those are
to rupiah,trader and tourist arrivals.
