The strategies I’ll exposing to you are simple strategies that

have worked for us. However, they didn’t work for those who
failed to follow through religiously.

If you don’t make the mistake of trivializing them, they’ll work

for you too.

Without any further ado, let’s get into it.

If you know the enemy and know yourself, you
need not fear the result of a hundred battles.

If you know yourself but not the enemy, for

every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat.

If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you

will succumb in every battle.

Understanding
the IELTS Exam.

Many Nigerians sit for IELTS three to five times before passing
because they fail to first understand what the exam truly is and
their current capacity of passing it.

That’s why this couple spent over N500,000 re-sitting IELTS and
wasted 3 years.

If you truly want to ace IELTS in one sitting, then you must:

1. Identify the right IELTS version for your pursuit.

Kiss your IELTS frustrations goodbye! © Triumf Suvwe

IELTS Once-Acer Report

2. Understand the structure of the IELTS version you are to take.

Identifying the Right IELTS

Version for Your Pursuit.

For some unknown reasons, people don’t do their due diligence

before registering and sitting for the exam. You don’t want to be
among them.

There are 3 main versions of IELTS exam. We have:

a) IELTS General Training.

b) IELTS Academic

c) IELTS UKVI

These IELTS tests are different and are meant for different
purposes and require different level of preparation. If you

Kiss your IELTS frustrations goodbye! © Triumf Suvwe

IELTS Once-Acer Report

register for the wrong one, your N75,000 registration fee is gone
as there are no refunds.

Let’s take a deeper look at each of the IELTS test versions.

a) IELTS General Training: This is the IELTS version required

for most immigration programs. If you are thinking of relocating
to Canada, this is the IELTS you must take.

b) IELTS Academic: This version is mainly for those pursuing

academic purposes. Are you seeking to a Post Graduate degree
abroad, this is the version most suitable. I said “most suitable”
because the version of IELTS you are to take is determined by
your institution.

Make sure you contact them to discover the exact IELTS version
they want. If not, you will be in for a waste of fund.

c) IELTS UKVI: This is a different form of IELTS created for UK

immigration and study purposes. If your pursuit is UK related,

Kiss your IELTS frustrations goodbye! © Triumf Suvwe

IELTS Once-Acer Report

you have to make consult the necessary body in charge and

enquire if you are to take the UKVI version of IELTS.

In a nutshell, lots of people make this mistake because they

work with assumptions and hear say. Don’t make this mistake.

Consult the institution in charge of whatever you are seeking.

They alone decide the version of IELTS you are to take.

Understanding the Structure Of the

IELTS Version You Are To Take.

The IELTS exam is made up of four test.

There is the Listening test, the Reading test, the Writing test and
the Speaking test. For each test, you are required to get a
certain band score.

Kiss your IELTS frustrations goodbye! © Triumf Suvwe

IELTS Once-Acer Report

For Canada immigration purposes, to get the maximum CRS

point from IELTS, you need a Listening band 8, Reading band 7,
Writing band 7 and Speaking band 7.

If you are not writing IELTS for Canada immigration purposes,

you need to consult the institution in charge to know the
required band for Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking you
need.

If you get below your required band for any of the 4 sub-test,
you’ve failed IELTS and will have to re-sit or forfeit your dream.

If you want to avoid sitting for IELTS numerous times, you MUST
have a deep understanding of how all these four tests are
structured; only then can you prepare the right way to ace IELTS
in one sitting.

Let’s begin with the Listening test.

Kiss your IELTS frustrations goodbye! © Triumf Suvwe

IELTS Once-Acer Report

The Listening Test

The Listening test has four sections. Each section has 10

questions and one recording is played for you to get their
answers.

The recording have one or more native English speakers

communicating. You are required to get the answers to the
questions based on the information you hear in the recording.

These recordings are played only once. You can’t have them
paused or replayed. If you miss an information, you can’t get it
back.

In total, you are to listen to four recordings and answer 40

questions. You have to do all these within the short 30 minutes
test time given.

IELTS Once-Acer Report

If you want to get a minimum of Band 8 in your Listening test

(important for Canada PR seekers), then you must get 36 out of
the 40 question right.

Many of our students find the Listening test very challenging

because of the following:

1. The strong accent of the native speakers in the listening

recording.

2. The inability to keep full concentration throughout the test.

3. Difficulty in paying attention to the recording and writing your

answer all at the same.

4. How to predict the right answer for each question without

missing out on answers of immediate questions.

With these challenges, it becomes difficult to get 36 out of 40

questions right.

Kiss your IELTS frustrations goodbye! © Triumf Suvwe

IELTS Once-Acer Report

There is a particular system we follow that helps our student get

over 36 questions in the Listening test. It is the reason why even
at her first attempt, Abigail was able to clinch a Band 8.5 in her
Listening test.

It begins with understanding the different question types that

appears in the Listening test.

There are eight of them. They are:

1. Completing forms/notes,
2. Short Answer,
3. Labelling a Map or Plan,
4. Sentence Completion,
5. Matching Information,
6. Table Completion,
7. Summary Completion, and
8. Multiple Choice

IELTS Once-Acer Report

Any of these eight question types can pop up on test day and
this is why lots of people fail to make Band 8.

How?

First many are not aware of all the 8 question types.

Secondly, they don’t know and have not mastered a proven

strategy to easily get the answer for each of the eight question
types. They (probably) have strategies for four to six of these
eight Listening question types -- but not all.

Since any of the eight can pop up on test day, they are caught
unaware by the question types they are not prepared for.

Despite watching numerous YouTube videos and preparing for

weeks, they end frustrated with their IELTS result.

Kiss your IELTS frustrations goodbye! © Triumf Suvwe

IELTS Once-Acer Report

If at all you want to depend on YouTube videos and free online

resources, you have to know all these 8 question types and look
for materials that provide proven strategies for each question
type.

This can be stressful but that’s the price you have to pay if you
want to go the “free” way.

Kiss your IELTS frustrations goodbye! © Triumf Suvwe

IELTS Once-Acer Report

The Reading Test

Just like the Listening test, a lot of people underestimate the

Reading test.

You see, the Reading test has three passages (sometimes four)
and 40 questions with increasing difficulties. You’ll be given 60
minutes to answer all 40 questions.

The proven method we use to guide our students to Reading

band 7 and above is to:

1. Get them to know the Reading band they need. For Canada
migration purposes, a band 7 will do.

2. Identify the number of questions they must get right to get

their desired Reading band. This becomes their minimum target.

3. Introduce them to the 12 Reading question types.

Kiss your IELTS frustrations goodbye! © Triumf Suvwe

IELTS Once-Acer Report

4. Equip them with proven strategies to easily answer each

question type within seconds.

If you wish to ace your Reading test without re-sitting the IELTS
test, this is the exact approach you should follow.

Why?

This 4 step approach always work for our students who follow
them religiously.

During preparation for the exam, a lot of people misjudge their

performance; especially those who don’t know the number of
questions they should be getting right in order to get their
desired Reading band.

Mind you, this is slightly different in the General Training version

and the Academic version.

IELTS Once-Acer Report

Below is a chart of the number of questions you must get right

to clinch your desired Reading Band.

General Training:

Take a good look and take note of the number of questions you
must get right in order to get your desired band in Reading.

IELTS Once-Acer Report

Academics:

The moment you know the number of questions you must get
right, then you can start gearing up to that level. But that’s not
enough.

The Reading test has 12 question types. They are:

Kiss your IELTS frustrations goodbye! © Triumf Suvwe

IELTS Once-Acer Report

1. Short Answer questions,

2. Matching headings,
3. Labelling a diagram,
4. True / False / Not Given,
5. Matching name,
6. Summary completion,
7. Multiple choice,
8. Table completion,
9. Matching sentences,
10. Matching information to paragraph,
11. Sentence completion, and
12. Yes / No / Not Given questions.

Any of these can pop up on test day. If you are not ready for all
of them, you could be in trouble. Peradventure, the ones you are
not prepared for come up, you are done for.

Instead of taking chances, we equip our students with a step by

step strategy for each question type. They have to be prepared
for whatever IELTS throw at them. Right?

IELTS Once-Acer Report

The problem is most people usually forget after they’ve been

taught. So we made a video Masterclass which they can always
have on their mobile devices or laptop. Anywhere they are, they
can re-watch and master them.

On test day, they are not caught unawares. In a heartbeat, they

have the strategy to get the answer to all the questions in a
matter of minutes.

The Writing Test

The Writing test is broken down into two major parts: The
Writing Task 1 and the Writing Task 2.

The Writing Task 1 of IELTS General Training is very different

from the Writing Task 1 of the Academic version. In a moment
I’ll dive deeper into that.

For both versions, you are given 20 minutes to work on the

Writing Task 1 and 40 minutes to work on Writing Task 2;
making it 60 minutes in total.

If the Writing test is your main IELTS challenge, then the

strategy we use in guiding our students to a Writing Band 7 and
higher is what you need.

Let’s begin with the Writing Task 1 General Training.

Kiss your IELTS frustrations goodbye! © Triumf Suvwe

IELTS Once-Acer Report

Writing Task 1 (General Training)

You’ll be required to write a letter of more than 150 words within

20 minutes.

The type of letter you’ll be writing is dependent on the question.

To get a Band 7+ in Writing, you need to know the type of letter
required for the question presented on test day.

While some IELTS tutors and YouTube videos recommend

writing either a formal letter, a semi-formal letter or an informal
letter, we recommend just formal or informal letter.

The simpler the approach you take on IELTS, the lesser effort
you need to get your desired band.

To help our student crush the Task 1 letter, here is what we

equip them with.

Kiss your IELTS frustrations goodbye! © Triumf Suvwe

IELTS Once-Acer Report

1. How to easily identify the type of letter suitable for any task 1
question.

2. A proven 4 step strategy to writing a band 9 letter.

2. The structure of a band 9 letter they must follow.

3. A time management strategy to finish the task letter in less

than 20 minutes.

Writing Task 1 (Academics)

In Writing Task 1 Academics, you will be given a chart, graph,

table, diagram or map and asked to write a short report on the
main features.

Just like the General Training version, you are given a 20

minutes to complete this and must write at least 150 words.

In this case, you are not writing a letter but an essay. You will
be presented with a data visualization which can be any of the
seven below:

Kiss your IELTS frustrations goodbye! © Triumf Suvwe

IELTS Once-Acer Report

1. Line Graph
2. Bar chart
3. Pie chart
4. Table
5. Multiple graph/charts/tables
6. Process Diagram
7. Maps.

These make the seven possible question types you might come
across on test day.

Their analysis and key features are different. This means you
need different strategy to write out a band 9 essay for each
question type.

This is the reason we don't fail to teach our IELTS Academic

students 7 proven strategies to tackle each of the 7 task 1
question type.

Kiss your IELTS frustrations goodbye! © Triumf Suvwe

IELTS Once-Acer Report

Key aspects of these strategies are:

1. How to correctly analyze any task 1 question.

2. How to identify the main features of the data visualization

presented in the question.

3. A band 9 structure to use when writing your essay.

4. Shortcuts to finishing the essay in less than 20 minutes.

Writing Task 2

In Writing Task 2, you will be asked to write an essay of more

than 250 words on a particular topic; and you have to do this
within 40 minutes.

The Task 2 essay is responsible for two-third of the total score of

the Writing test. If you can get a very high score in Task 2, you’ll

Kiss your IELTS frustrations goodbye! © Triumf Suvwe

IELTS Once-Acer Report

literally leapfrog your possibility of getting a Writing band 7 and

above.

The question is: How do you make this happen?

First, you must realize that all Writing task 2 questions are not
the same. As a matter of fact, there are five different Writing
Task 2 questions.

They are:

1. Problem / solution
2. Double question
3. Agree / Disagree
4. Discuss both views
5. Advantage / disadvantage.

This is where most people miss it.

Kiss your IELTS frustrations goodbye! © Triumf Suvwe

IELTS Once-Acer Report

It’s either they are not aware of these question types or they
haven’t realized that each of them must be answered with a
completely different approach.

Below is a little test to determine your preparedness for the

Writing Task 2.

Your answer to the following questions will determine if you can

produce a Band 7+ Task 2 essay on test day.

1. When a task 2 question is presented to you, can you easily tell

its question type?

2. Do you know that each question type demands a unique

essay structure?

3. Have you learnt a proven band 7+ structure for each of the 5

question types?

Kiss your IELTS frustrations goodbye! © Triumf Suvwe

IELTS Once-Acer Report

If you answered “No” to any of the three questions above, then

I’m sorry to say: There is fire on the mountain.

These 3 questions represent the three step formula we use to

guide our student to consistently produce a band 7+ essay on
test day.

At the end of the day, they master five proven band 7+

structures and strategies. One per question type.

This might feel taxing; learning five different structures and

strategies; practicing them over and over again until they’ve
mastered them.

Why take chances and waste N75,000 on IELTS when a little

extra effort will make your next IELTS test the last?

On test day, instead of being caught unawares like many, you

should be ready for whatever question type IELTS decides to
surprise you with.

IELTS Once-Acer Report

The Speaking Test

The Speaking test is a one on one test with an IELTS examiner.

You’ll be asked a series of questions and you are to reply orally.

The major issue preventing lots of Nigerians from getting a high

band in Speaking is idea block.

This happens a lot because you’ll be asked to talk about

experiences you’ve never had.

How do we get our students to provide the information the

IELTS examiner wants to hear?

The formula is simple:

1. See the IELTS examiner as a friend and not a foe.

2. Be a good story teller.

Kiss your IELTS frustrations goodbye! © Triumf Suvwe

IELTS Once-Acer Report

Seeing the IELTS examiner as a friend keeps you at ease and

relaxes the tension. Your mind will be free for easy flow of ideas.
This isn’t peculiarly hard for many.

The next challenge is how to tell a good story in response to the

question asked by the examiner.

This is easy only when you discover our I.E.E.F story telling
formula. It’s a simple four step formula to formulate interesting
stories instantly in reply to your Speaking questions.

It’s the secret behind our students getting 7.5 and above in
Speaking.

Let’s take Nelson Nwanoke for example.

Nelson Nwanoke

After completing his Master Degree in the United Kingdom in

2014, he worked as a Research Assistant at the Hodgkin Center,
the Medical Research Council (UK).

Kiss your IELTS frustrations goodbye! © Triumf Suvwe

IELTS Once-Acer Report

During his time there, he realized the real difference between

working in Nigeria and working in a developed country.

Instead of waking up as early as 5am to avoid traffic, dodging

potholes and being scared of having a faulty car before arriving
at work; he could easily buy his bullet train ticket (not Nigerian’s
locomotive trains) from his mobile phone and the train will never
arrive late.

He could plan his day and no LASMA, VIO or Road Safety officer
will delay or embarrass him on his way.

The salary structure was a lot better and life was a lot easier and
safer.

On his return to Nigeria, he promised himself to finally relocate

but this time to the United States – since the medical profession
is more respected and profitable there.

IELTS Once-Acer Report

After several failed efforts to relocate to the US, in 2018 his

neighbor relocated to Canada via permanent residency. He then
settled to relocate to Canada since it was a lot easier compared
to the United States.

In September, 2018, he wrote his first IELTS exam and ended

up with the following result:

Listening 6.5 / Reading 6.0 / Writing 6.0 / Speaking 7.0

Kiss your IELTS frustrations goodbye! © Triumf Suvwe

IELTS Once-Acer Report

Kiss your IELTS frustrations goodbye! © Triumf Suvwe

IELTS Once-Acer Report

He needed a minimum of Listening 8, Reading 7, Writing 7 and

Speaking 7; and here he was with Listening 6.5, Reading 6.0,
Writing 6.0 and Speaking 7.0.

His N75,000 IELTS fee was gone. It’s either he gives up on his
relocation to Canada dream or re-sit for IELTS.

Time isn’t on his side, on his next birthday, he will be losing 5

CRS point due to age increment.

Nonetheless, it will be a wrong move to apply for the next

available IELTS exam without improving on his IELTS
preparation; that’s the only way to be sure his next attempt
won’t be a waste like his first.

For the next 12 weeks, Nelson religiously followed the blueprints

I’ve shared with you in this report; the exact preparation steps
I’ve shared with you for the Listening test, the Reading test, the
Writing test and the Speaking test.

In December, 2018, he sat again for his second attempt. Check

out his result below:

Nelson’s second IELTS test on 1st December, 2018

Kiss your IELTS frustrations goodbye! © Triumf Suvwe

IELTS Once-Acer Report

His result reads:

Listening 8.5 / Reading 8.0 / Writing 7.0 / Speaking 8.5

Alas, he was free from the frustration of IELTS. He got extra 49

CRS point and in April 2019, got his Invitation to Apply (ITA) for
his Canadian Permanent Residency Visa.

If he came across my structure and strategies to passing IELTS

before he sat for his first attempt in September 2018, there
would have been no need for his second attempt.

He would have saved N75,000 and probably get his Invitation to

Apply earlier.

Many people want to be like Nelson. They want to ace their

IELTS and be free from burning of N75,000.

Kiss your IELTS frustrations goodbye! © Triumf Suvwe

IELTS Once-Acer Report

Unfortunately, they’ll keep burning their moneys on IELTS and

wasting time like a couple I know who wasted over N500,000
writing IELTS seven time, until they realize that:

1. Passing IELTS is more than being good at English. It demands

strategies and skills to deal with strange question types and
short test time.

2. Rushing to take the next available IELTS test without

significant improvement on your IELTS knowledge and skills is
equivalent to compounding your IELTS frustrations.

3. No IELTS materials or training is actually free. It’s either you

are paying for a premium coaching that can take you to your
desired band OR you are paying IELTS numerous N75,000 as
you rely on free IELTS materials and YouTube videos to pass.

This month, I want to help 25 people crush their next IELTS

exam with my flexible and detailed one on one IELTS coaching
program.

IELTS Once-Acer Report

Mind you, this is not for those are still wishing to pass their
IELTS.

These are the type that always have a problem for every
solution.

People with the “I too know mentality”.

They find it difficult to follow simple instructions that work and

have an excuse to support their sloppy behavior.

This is for those who have gone beyond wishing.

Just like Nelson, they’ve realized that their IELTS success won’t
come by chance; so they must invest in it to make it happen.

They’ve dropped their ego and will follow instructions to the
