For Giving a Service Request

1. Selection of Area – Whenever the problem arises the industry user has to select the area
where the service is required

2. Select the Electrician Nearby – After selecting the area, the screen would display few
profiles of nearby electricians. The user has to make a choice for whom to call for an
appointment, on the basis of the rating and feedbacks received to the electricians.

3. Fix an Appointment – The next step is to fix an appointment with the electrician chosen for
the service

After the Electrician Visits

1. Pay and Rate the Electrician – Once the Electricians visits and solves the product related
problem, then the industry end-user has to pay as per agreed term and conditions and rate the
service provider in the app.

For Electricians
For Registration

2. Basic Personal Details – Name, Contact number, Level as per written on the certificate,
Upload Certificate photo

When Received a Service Request


1. Respond to the service request – The electrician has to respond to the service requested by
the user. The electrician has to respond the industry/domestic user and discuss the time and
service fees that he’ll be charging.

After Providing Service


1. Receive the payment – Once the problem is solved the electrician would receive the
payment from the industry user and get them rated in the app.
For Dealers/Retailers
Whenever electrician accepts the service request, he/she will be displayed with nearby
electrical shops of retailers/dealers in that area. The company has tie up with them for
promotions and lead generations, hence when needed the electrician can visit such stores for
quick availability of products at low price.

Aapka Electrician app can be used by anyone who is in need of electrician service be it
industry or domestic related and can access the platform. The selection of electricians on the
platform is done through survey which the electrician needs to fill while registration. It would
include certain technical questions, some basic and some high level to determine whether the
prospective member qualifies to be kept as certified electrician on the platform and given
access or not. Apart from that, once completing and qualifying survey, an interview would be
conducted to judge the skills more and passing that, training would be provided to make it
more professional. The electricians will be given access to dealers/retailer’s discount offer
only when they would be conducting service through Aapka electrician app. For that, to
provide transparency, upon accepting a service request, service number would be generated
which needed to be shown at the shop to avail benefits.
