A public hearing is scheduled for 2:00 o’clock in the afternoon on Wednesday,

November 13, 2019 as called for by the Committee on Games, Amusements and Sports
to be held at SP Session Hall, 2nd Floor, Sangguniang Panlungsod Office, Pagadian
City for the purpose of discussing the adoption of the amending ordinance entitled, “AN
ORDINANCE AMENDING CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2K1-192 ENTITLED: AN ORDINANCE
PROHIBITING OWNERS OR OPERATORS OF INTERNET SERVICE SITES, JOINTS,
CAFES, STATIONS, CENTERS OR ANY SIMILAR BUSINESS ENTITIES WITHIN THE
TERRITORIAL JURISDICTION OF PAGADIAN CITY TO ALLOW PERSONS FIFTEEN
(15) YEARS OLD AND BELOW AND/OR HIGH SCHOOL AND ELEMENTARY
STUDENTS, TO USE/OPERATE ITS COMPUTER UNITS DURING SCHOOL HOURS
FROM MONDAY TO FRIDAY”.
