Which acts were your favorite to do? How did they make you feel?
How did the person receiving the act feel? How can you tell?
Were there any kind acts you chose not to do? Why?

2. Do any of the kind acts have similarities with one another? (hint: think
about who is receiving the kindness!)

Which acts help you be kind to yourself? How do you know?

Were any of the acts more difficult to do? What made them challenging?
Were there any acts that required communication? What specific actions or words
did you use to be kind while communicating?

3. Did you learn anything about yourself or others while doing the kind
acts?

4. Were there any acts that showed kindness to the community? Which
