The main aim is to create a brighter

struggling by making clean energy
products universally available and
affordable.

The key plan of D. Light is to provide


safe, bright, clean lighting and power to
people around the globe for the
developing world and reaching 100 million
people by 2020.

The motto of d. light is to save lives of
people from painful burning deaths. It works
to enlighten the lives of people even at
night time without causing any hazardous
effects to the environment.

They are trying to narrow down the


inconvenience that people had to face
before using harmful, volatile and
expensive fuels to have electricity in their
homes.
HOW?

D. Light’s impact strategy is based upon the


four different areas being productivity,
health, finance and the environment.

Once the blueprint is ready, it gives an


insight into the customer’s experience. The
results take into account the domestic as
well as commercial benefits of the products
that further help them in creating better
products.

• Partnering only with reputable,
trustable distributers
• Building network of local sales agents
• De-Risking the product for customers
• Distributing free samples
• Emphasizing the disadvantages of
kerosene lanterns
