What are the immediate effects when exercising?                           Explanation

Getting hot: heat by a product of energy production, the harder you train, the hotter you get

Getting sweaty: sweat evaporating from the surface of your skin removes some body heat

Having red skin: blood vessels dilate close the surface of the skin to help you lose heat

Increased depth and Rate of breathing: gaseous exchange to occur more quickly. More
oxygen can be delivered and more carbon dioxide can be removed

Increase heart rate: this allow gases to be transported around the body. It can be delivered
to the working muscles and carbon dioxide removed

Short  term effects of exercise:

What are the effects that happen 24 to 36 hours after exercise and explain?
